RETURNS / EXCHANGES.
Items purchased from CCGBOUTIQUE will be gladly accepted for a store credit which you will receive on a gift card that has no expiration date and can be used whenever you like. The cost of shipping will not be applied to your store credit as the customer is responsible for the cost of their shipping and returns, they have a period of 5 business days after their delivery date to process their return to this address: PO BOX 942544 Miami Fl 33194.
1- Please note that all items on 50% off sale are final sale, accessories, wallets, swimwear, bodysuits, t-shirts and one size clothing are not returnable. If you return such items, you will be charged a $25.00 fee and will be returned to you.
2- RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
All merchandise must be received in its original form, clothing must not be used, free of odors, stains, self-tanners, pet hair and have all their labels.

Note: The closures/buttons are checked before finalizing the order to ensure proper functioning. The items are also inspected for breakage/stains before shipping. CCGBOUTIQUE is not responsible for any item that is damaged in any way during the process of trying it on. In case your merchandise is damaged, you have 24 hours after receiving it to notify us via email: ccgboutiquecustomers@gmail.com
By sending a detailed photo of the damage to the item. Our assistants will respond as soon as possible to help you find the best solution for you. It is very important to us that our customers are happy with their orders. Once your package is received and has passed inspection, we will give you your store credit via email (code) so that you can use it as soon as possible.
